Created in 1953, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) continues to help small business owners and entrepreneurs pursue success. This is the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), which is prepared annually and sets forth specific construction projects MoDOT will undertake in the next five years. It covers highways and bridges, transit, aviation, rail, waterways, bicycle, pedestrian, and operations and maintenance projects.
